Where do we go from here?
GRATIAS CANTANTES!!!
The beginning of a new year is always a moment of overwhelming joy and happiness just as everyone is preparing to raise the crescendos of their high spirit for the in-coming year right now.
Spirituality is always the front burner that many of us rely upon once a new year surfaced.
As 2020 started,many of us were in expectations of many demands in every facet of our life until the strange happenings that made 2020 a special year to remember splashed on our faces.
The pandemic trigger lockdown and the confusion in the land covered the entire human existence.No area of humanity was left untouched by the pandemic.It was a global occurrence that no one can deny the seriousness that it came with.
In the midst of it all,I can say with all confidence,that I and my family were exempted.
As the pandemic was on in the month of April observing fasting and prayer,one of my prayer request is that God should make my habitation a Goshen and when I looked around right now,no single strand of hair fall apart.
No single moment in the hospital.
Our going to the hospital is an addition as a boy was added to us.
No single moment of body pain and headache.While many were gnashing their teeth,crying and murmuring,our have been Thanksgiving and all around praises.
One of the surprises I couldn’t fathom right now is that whenever I want to pray,I always notice that I have no pressing need to ask God for anything but I always maintain a statement that is too simple and strange to me.
“Thank you Jesus” has been my line of prayer because I realised that Thanksgiving covers multitude of prayer request.
In the midst of the year,I had near occurrences of shedding tears considering the numbers of young minds and old minds that fell off in the battle ground of life.I prayed that God will uphold their families and give them the fortitude to stand in this trying moment.
I will not stop this write up without expressing my gratitude to everyone that crossed my path this year.
Some people came as an experience and others came as a lesson but everyone has made a mark in the test of time contributing immensely to my existence in the course of the year.
Ahead of us is the new year,and what is expected of us is the newness that will profess, expect and express in one way or the other.
The only way 2021 can be new is when you and I decide to ensure that we become new in whatever we do in the course of the year.
Instead of quantum of new year resolutions,filled your mind with quantum of new year projection.
To cap it all,I am grateful and appreciative for a time like this.

MUSING ON THE STEPS TAKING BY CHINESE GOVERNMENT.
The step taking by Chinese government to curtail the spread of coronavirus epidemic is quite laudable in the sense that the swiftness of Chinese government to build a hospital that will attend to the spread of such a deadly disease within a short period of time is a testimony to the understanding of what is needed to be done by a right thinking government.
This shows how efficient and prepared they are ready for any form of emergency in this part of the world.
China is a communist country that abhors and dislike religion in any form but if we study what a nation like this that forbid and give no reference to religion has kept on developing both human and material resources,one needs to understand that they understand God better than some nations of the world who spent their time being religious alone and forbid productivity.
If it is a nation like Nigeria,many churches would be praying and fasting for such a viral disease to be curtailed forgetting that spirituality can not be obtained in isolation without a relationship with the physical and the physical cannot be perfect in isolation without spirituality molding the physical.
So,it should be noted that the physical and the spiritual cannot be separated.
While other nations of the world that are developed understand this perspective and they are leveraging on it for the development of their existence, Africa and their leaders are yet to understand this.
What we have in Nigeria is spiritual development that is isolated from physical development.
Many believed that sourcing for solutions to challenges that will trigger development in every facet of life must be sought for solely in the spiritual while the physical is left unattended to.
If it is religiosity as it is viewed in Nigeria that gives a better world, Nigeria ought to be a tourist destination of the world but reverse is the case as it is nations of the world that apportion lesser time and resources to religion are developed and they are the one dictating the affairs of the world.
There is a need for re-orientation for anyone who cares to know that the kind of religion we practiced in Nigeria needs to be questioned as it has not been able to give the level of liberation needed for a nation like Nigeria to be the best in the comity of Nations.
If China can build a hospital in few days,other nations of the world like Nigeria should buckle up in being efficient and responsive to their duty of providing good governance to the teeming citizen of our dear country.
Once again,no-one operates the spiritual in isolation without the physical been put into consideration.

WILL YOU FIGHT YOUR BATTLE?
Dear Friends,
No one can deny the fact that we have already spent two weeks in this year.
The beginning of this year has been filled with arrays of goals and targets some of us want to achieve in the course of the year.
While I have painstakingly created time to read what many writers have presented and published about how to set goals for the new year and how to achieve it.
I cannot remember if anyone of these writers push it across that achieving any of the set goals might be a matter of life and death with so many rumbling, toughness and roughness that would accompany your desire to achieve your goals in the new year.
While I believed in the efficacy of prayer and supplication,I have a kind of reservation for a situation whereby we pray for each other.I cringe to the extreme when I heard Christians telling me to pray for them.
Why do I need to pray for you?
Why do I need to approach your heavenly father on your behalf?
Prayer is a battlefield and it is expected of you to fight your enemy by yourself.
I have never watch or heard in the history of boxing whereby a champion is declared by proxy,no boxing coach has been on record to fight on behalf of his trainee.
A situation whereby you pray for people,it makes them become lazy and it has made many Christians to become a pawn in the hand of fake pastors and Randy men of God.
You will be prone and susceptible to people taking advantage of your situation when all you do is to look for who will pray for you.
Prayer is a war-front where it is expected of you to wage war on your enemy on individual basis not on collective basis.
God needs to recognize your voice as an individual in this year.
Stop being lazy in your relationship with God.
Just as God called Samuel by name,God wants to know you by your name not through the name of anyone around you.
No human is worthy of being your channel to God,you have a direct access to God and your relationship should be directed to God without a medium.
In all,I beseech you to seek God on your knees this year so that all the goals you have drafted will see the light of the day.

The 2nd of September 2018 being the first Sunday in the month of September happened to be tagged “COVENANT DAY OF MARITAL BREAKTHROUGH” in my Church. Due to many personal obligations that made me to have far away from Church this year, I made up my mind to avail myself the opportunity of attending the Second Service since I was a bit less busy since I am observing my annual leave.
As preaching and homily was going on and towards the end of the sermon, he preached and prayed about marital breakthrough and he made a particular submission by quoting Ephesian 5 verse 22-33.He asserted that if every marital union can be laid on the foundation of what is chronicled in Ephesian 5 verse 22-33 by all the concerned parties in marriage especially husband and wife, the challenges facing the institution of marriage recently will not surface in any way at all.
Immediately, after making his submission known, I quickly opened my bible and checked what exactly the actual scripture was talking about.
While reading my mind struck a verse, though popular but the later part of this verse has not been really talked about by many Christians and preachers of the word of God.
It was at the point of this inspiration and this uncommon revelation that I decided to push this verse across so that it can also serve as a source of motivation and inspiration to couple in marriage.
Reading through Ephesians 5 verse 23:
“For the husband is the head of the wife, so also Christ is the head of the church; and He is the savior of the church”
In this verse, one could see two important comparison between the husband and Jesus Christ. This verse compares and made the husband to be the head of the wife as Jesus Christ is the head of this church. This comparison and similarities simply connotes:
1.Every husband must be respected and referenced by the wife as Jesus Christ is respected and referenced as the head of the church.
2.As Jesus Christ is the savior of the Church, every husband is also a savior to the wife.
These are the two revelations about the concept of marital union presented by God in this portion of the scripture aimed at given a solid foundation for every marriage needed for success in every home. Though, this has been silenced and lesser people are fond talking about it due to many anti-God concept that is quite available across the length and breadth of the world. The need for this portion of the scripture to become relevant and useful in building a successful marriage has been subjected and subdued by ideologies and philosophies that buttresses on woman emancipation and equality.
Due to misconception of this portion of the scripture and the desire for many people in the world to banish the thought about God from their sensitivity and consciousness, this portion of the scripture has little or no meaning to many people in the sense that the issue of submission from wife to husband has become a thing of the past.
Every woman desires equal stand in the home and this has made many homes to be thrown into confusion resulting in domestic violence and divorce that has been on increase in the recent times.
God’s intention for every home is that husband should love their wife while every wife should ensure that the husband is given the same respect and reference being given to Jesus Christ, although this does not make the husband to any wife to assume the post of Jesus Christ or a totalitarian type of leadership that is aimed in all ramification to subdue a woman basic right.
Being compared in terms of post simply connotes and demand a lifestyle that could be likened to the kind of lifestyle Jesus Christ lived during His earthly ministry.
This verse of the scripture simply placed and apportioned a responsibility on every husband to live a sacrificial and selfless lifestyle just as Jesus Christ lived his life for the salvation and redemption of the entire human race.
Husband should be the head and savior in the home simply connotes and demands a lot of responsibility to the wife and to the entire household.
Husband should be the head and savior to the wife in love and in deeds.
The responsibility of being the head to the wife should be carried out in love and the responsibility of being a savior to the wife should also be carried out in love because it was recorded in the scripture that it is the love that Jesus Christ have for the church that made Him to offer His life as a living sacrifice for the forgiveness of Sin committed by the entire human race through the first man and the first woman named Adam and Eve.
Any marital union that is based and functioned on this scriptural concept and foundation can never be found to have any issue no matter the length of days of the marriage.
Every marriage becomes successful and meaningful when the what is chronicled in the original manual of marriage originated and authored by God is adhered to and followed strictly without any one of the content being subjected and subdued to man’s philosophies the way it is now in the world we are today.
The foundation of marriage should have its root and route in God and it should be executed in accordance to what is authored by God. None of the content should be seeing and viewed as irrelevant and unimportant.
Once the wife understands her role and responsibility in marriage and she is ready to carry it out accordingly and the husband is also willing to answer to the role and responsibility of being the head and savior to the wife, many homes and families across the length and breadth of the world will have peace and the issue of divorce and separation between husband and wife will fizzle out and dwindled completely.
Until, God is allowed to build foundation of marriage through the scripture, successful marriage will be a wishful thinking and a mirage.
Give God a chance in your quest to become married and you will be ensured that you will be successfully married.

MLST ARTICLE:DOES GOD HAS A RELIGION?
I wrote part of this article and published it on Facebook sometimes around last month.This was a product of personal meditation on realities and happenings around that boiled down to misconception of what religion is all about which has been a source of concern to the existence of humanity for ages.I hope it will serve as an eye-opener to all my readers, followers, viewers and readers.
From antiquity, it can never be denied or shy away from, that religion has been a concept that is geared towards the birth of approaches and channels through which solutions are sought out for by mortals while existing on earth.
It is a construed course of human line of thoughts that assumed that the waves of challenges bedeviling the entire human race can be doused by proffering a means through which supernatural solutions can be obtained accompanied with extraordinary channels that will make such a solution a perfect way out for such challenge.
As a word, religion refers to approaches to human spirituality which usually encompass a set of narratives, symbols, beliefs and practices, often with a supernatural or transcendent quality which give meaning to the practitioners’ experiences of life through reference to a higher power or truth.
It is defined as a cultural system of designated behaviors and practices, worldviews, texts, sanctified places, prophecies, ethics or organizations, that relates humanity to supernatural, transcendental, or spiritual elements.
The spate of hatred, killings and wanton destruction witnessed on the surface of the earth has its highest percentage being linked to religious basis and doctrines that makes people involved to think that one religion is superior to another.
Hence, they go to the extreme with all manners of moves and motives to subject one to the other, thereby making one religion to look inferior to another.
Personal perspective simply revealed that God is not a founder of any religion present on the surface of the earth. Rather, God was referred to as God of nations and people throughout the scripture with no single religious appellation or taxonomy made.
Even, the New Testament books did not attached names of any religion to Jesus Christ. It was after the death of Jesus Christ that Christianity surfaced when it was defined as a religion of those who possesses the nature of Jesus Christ.
Therefore, while you are fanatics about your religion, you should know that it is man-made, a human idea to seek the face of God.
It should also be noted that on the judgement day, no one will ask of your religion and the denomination you belong to while on earth.
With this, it is a simple exhibition of foolishness and utmost display of ignorance when you carry your shoulder up believing that your religion is superior to other religions.
If the concept of religion is man-made, one needs to understand that it can never be error free.
So, you should expect disappointment from so many religious ideas and beliefs you hold on to if it is human that construe it.
It is wrong for anyone to look down on any religion. It is a personal conviction that must be handled personally and it sensitivity must be consciously managed so that its potency to brew hatred and apartheid will not end up resulting into unnecessary destruction being witnessed by you and me.
Religious bigotry and any form of sentiment based on your religious conviction should never replace and pull down the sanctity of humanity at all.
We are first human before we are affiliated to a religion.
I am yet to see a new born baby that has a religion written all over him or her at the point of conception.
We all gets our religious association through our earthly parents.
It should be noted and pointed out to everyone who cares to know and listen that we are first human before we became religious.
Hence, the sanctity of human life should be sanctimoniously respected and referenced,
No decision or approach should down-play the sanctity expected to be the pillar of human life.
A situation whereby extremism is displayed in your approach to make any form of religious standing and doctrines to be forcefully followed and instituted is simply anti-human and anti-progressive,
Every religious minded person should understand that the beauty of any religion become exhibited fully when the approach used in making such religion acceptable and followed by others give respect to the life of people that are expected to be followers of such religion.
Religion are construed to preserve and protect the existence of human being accompany with inherent virtues necessary to promote peaceful coexistence between every race of people that are existing on the surface of the earth.
Any religious concept or belief that trash the promotion of peaceful coexistence is nothing but a means of enslaving people that are supposed to have their freedom through such religious belief.
WHAT SHOULD BE YOUR APPROACH IN EXECUTING YOUR RELIGIOUS BELIEFS AND DOCTRINES?
Being religious and being faithful to a religious creed and belief is not bad at all but it should not be an end. It should be a means to an end.
Hence, your approach to any form of religious creed and doctrines should be all about:
1.Peace and peaceful coexistence with other religion.
2.It should be all about freedom and meaningful liberation of mankind.
3.It should enhance and promote religious tolerance.
4.It should give respect to human right.
5.It should enhance and promote positive value system.
6.It should help in the establishment of good virtues
7.It should be a channel for all round development.
8.It should be geared towards positive contribution to building an egalitarian society.
9.It should be a channel that will promote consciousness and sensitivity of every human in doing what is good.
10.It should be a tool that will enhance all round betterment of every human being potent enough to promote and reference the sanctity of human beings.
With all these, it can be easily concluded that the construed concept of any religious belief and creed should be all about making the existence of mankind better while on earth and this should be a yardstick that should be made use in measuring whether any of the approach of the religious at any point in time is necessary and needed in making the world we live in better.
Any form of religious understanding in terms of creed and doctrine that promotes wanton destruction of lives and property and any one that makes other religion to look inferior and unacceptable is wrong and it will create more division and apartheid that has torn our world apart till this present moment.
With the present form of evil traceable to many religious creed, one can never be wrong or mistaken that the God of heaven does not belong to any of this religion that promotes evil because the God of heaven hates evil,
Therefore, my God is not a God of religion.
My God has no religion.

MLST ARTICLES:How the knowledge of the mysteries of time and season can make you a better person? –(5 minutes read).
This article was originally posted on my Facebook wall on the 28th of August 2015.While reading through this afternoon, I realized that it will be a good piece of inspiration and motivation to my followers, readers and viewers.
It goes thus:
God is never late.
God’s mode of operation is exhibited and magnified in the annals of the mysteries of time and season.God engages mysteries and suspense to keep us glued to HIM.
God uses delay to keep us looking unto HIM for any of our desires to become a reality.
The longer a producer wrapped a movie in suspense, the longer those that are watching the movie remain glued to the movie.Good movie and great script find their base and foundation in suspense.Nothing makes a good movie like good, long and meaningful suspense.
God is the producer, our destiny is a movie script written by God and wrapped in mysteries and suspense.
Those who will get the best of their destiny will seek for better and deeper understanding of the mysteries and suspense of the movie script written at the point of creation.
It is better and deeper understanding of a movie script that makes a good actor.
We are all actors and the script expected to be performed and acted by us is with God who is the creator of all we can see around us and those that are not visible to our natural eyes.
It is saddening, appalling and disheartening that many of us are busy acting another person’s movie script, a situation that accounts for envy, strife, jealousy, hatred and backstabbing that are quite obtainable as sin and vices making things to fall apart in the course of human existence.
Achieving greatness and attaining exploits cheaply are guaranteed when we understand that competition in not what makes a great destiny achievable without struggle.
It is deeper understanding of the mysteries of time and season.
As we differ widely in physical,physiological and psychological make-up, so also our time and season differ.
Things will stop fallen apart when we understand our divine role and responsibility as it was written,engraved and scripted by God which will end up announcing the greatness in us accompanied with the glory of God when we start acting our role as it was scripted by God.
You are designed and wired by God, no man on earth is knowledgeable enough to change or alter an iota of God’s design and God’s documented script.
God had scripted a role for each and everyone of us.It is your duty to seek for your script, read it, understand it and ensure you know the time and season when you will climb the rostrum,podium and stage for you to start acting the contents of your scripts word for word.
God’s delay is not God’s denial.
God’s delay might be due to the mysteries of time and season.
This require patience and perseverance on your part.
Wait unto God.
Eventhough, God tarries,wait.—Habakkuk 2 verse 2-3.

The limit you placed on your knowledge and understanding of God with all that is needed to have and maintained a smooth personal relationship with God placed a limit on your life at any moment in time.
While our understanding of God and all that pertains to HIM confirms our place and position in divinity,our practical knowledge of what it takes to be in the right and appropriate level in the spiritual defines our comfort and convenience in maintaining a relationship with God without any clog and without any thought of whether what we are targetting in the spiritual in terms of knowing HIM better is right or wrong.
It should be noted as a form of observation that many christians claiming to be in the right relationship with God have a baseless understanding that has no bearing with what is chronicled on the pages of the scripture.Many christians now believed to a large extent that there service with God in the household of God is what is necessary for them to attain a spiritual realm that the world will reference or recognized.
So, they go all their ways in running after physical service in the household of God while anything that pertains to what is necessary to make our world better in the physical is wave with a bare hand.
They become less concerned and less committed in ensuring that any service to God must not stand in the gap or block service to humanity.We are human first before we discover our path of reliogisity and spirituality.
No one should run after the things of God without any reason to run after things that will make the essence of humanity to be established on the surface of heart.
Many Christians of today only believed that God recognizes and rewards approaches that is targetted towards building religious empires and edifices but forget that the only thing that will make the world we live in to become better is when we all go to the extreme in making sure that legacies, ideas and philosophies that will build an eggalitarian society that believes in the beauty of humanity must be enhanced and reflected in terms of innovations, discoveries and development.
A situation whereby your desire and longing for spiritual development is raised far higher than your desire and demand to become better in the realm of the physical will only encourage the emergence of an imbalance in the totality of your existence.
There is a need for christians of today to understand that until their relationship with God is based on ‘father-to -son’ relationship,their struggle to attain a stress- free spiritual state of mind will remain a mirage.Christians of this age should stop relating with God as slaves because we are all called to sonship.Our call to salvation is not for bondage and total enslavement.
Hear this:
Romans 8 verse 15(KJV):
“For ye have not received the Spirit of bondage again to fear;but ye
have recieved the Spirit of adoption,whereby we cry,Abba,Father.”
Salvation has empowered everyone that is ready to receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour to be saved and received the Spirit of adoption that destroy in totality the spirit of bondage the devil and sin forced on the entire human race when Adam and Eve disobeyed the commandment of God in the garden of Eden.
In line with this,it is a wrong understanding that emenated from wrong knowledge of the word of God that many christians in the world today are displaying and they always believe that they are doing the right thing.
I have seen many Christians in reality and in practicality that once they missed a particular church service or any spiritual obligations and demands, they believed that they have backslided and sinned against God forgetting that whatever they do in the physical at any point in time in a direct link to the fulfilment of the will of God on earth as it is in heaven once it is a good deed that will add to humanity and entrenced human development on earth.
With this, many Chritians could be described to a large extent as being religious but their spirituality is nothing but a display of lack of essential knowledge neccessary to pass the message of the cross to the entrire human race.
Our God is good and He desire that we are able to understand Him better so that our relationship with Him will be free of stress at any point in time.
In many cases on earthly pedestal, as our relatonship with our earthly parents are always expected to be free and cordial, so also our relationship with our heavenly father is expected to be free.
Genuine followership with God is not about any form of struggle but it finds expression in smoth cordial relationship that resembles a kind of ‘father-to-son’relationship whereby your accessibility with God or whatever God’s plan for you might be will be achieved without a medium.
It should be expressed only by the fervency of your communication with God which is described as prayer.This is the only communication link that God desire every genuine child of God must maintained and it must be carried out with all fervency and seriuosness better garnished with fasting,meditation and constant feeding on the word of God.
Feeding on the word of God is essentially necessary for maintaining a spiritual developmental realm that will enhance smooth flow of instructions and messages from the throne of Grace which is the realm that God desired that every child of God should get to in the course of their spiritual journey on earth.
The purpose of salvation is expressly defined when we understand that Jesus Christ died on the mount of Calvary for every Child of God to maintain a ‘father-to-son’relationship in the course of their sojourn on earth.
This becomes a reality only if every child of God is ready in all their passion to build better spiritual relationship that focusses on God as a father but not as a master.
This becomes fulfilled when every child of God focusses on themselves a sons and daughters of God but not as slaves as other religion actually believed.

The purpose of salvation is expressly defined when we understand that Jesus Christ died on the mount of Calvary for every Child of God to maintain a ‘father-to-son’relationship in the course of their sojourn on earth.
This becomes a reality only if every child of God is ready in all their passion to build better spiritual relationship that focusses on God as a father but not as a master.
This becomes fulfilled when every child of God focusses on themselves a sons and daughters of God but not as slaves as other religion actually believed.
In conclusion,
How do you relate with God?
Is it in knowledge, wisdom and understanding?—Proverbs 4 verse 6-7
Or is it in doctrine and all round philosophies of men?—Colosians 2 verse 8
